About Jez
Jez is a Programming Librarian in the western Chicago suburbs who spends her days booking presentations and her nights giving them. In addition to her job as Librarian, Jez is also a public speaker and job coach who loves teaching and empowering others to embrace their creativity and strengths. She has taught at over 50 libraries, colleges, and community centers about crafts, astrology, life skills, and job hunting. Jez is the facilitator for the RAILS 20s/30s Programmers Networking Group, on the steering committee for the Adult Reading Round Table (ARRT), and a familiar face on the Illinois library conference circuits. She has a deep love for audiobooks and a spreadsheet for every occasion.
